Account Deletion
Effective date: September 30, 2026
Worker and Leader users may request deletion of their shared CrewCue account and associated personal information. Recording a request is different from completed deletion, logging out, or leaving an organization.
Request account deletion
Use the account-deletion request action in Worker Profile or Leader's Account, Privacy & Support menu, and review both confirmation steps. Acceptance means the request was recorded. The apps then attempt personal notification cleanup and sign-out. Leader also displays request status.
Contact support@crewcuehq.com from the email address associated with your account. State that you are requesting account deletion, but do not include your password, an organization access code, payment-card information, or government identification.
Request scope
Your request concerns the shared CrewCue account, including its authentication and personal profile information. Recording it does not delete those records, immediately disable server access, or delete or transfer organizations, memberships, or organization-owned device activation.
Information that may be retained
Certain production, attendance, time, signature, audit, safety, transaction, dispute, and organization-controlled records may be subject to operational, contractual, security, or legal retention requirements. Contact the relevant organization about records it controls and support about your account request.
Processing and confirmation
Request recording does not establish that deletion processing, storage cleanup, or provider authorization revocation has completed. A request status or scheduling value is not a promised completion date. Contact support for information about your request; do not treat sign-out or an acceptance message as confirmation of deletion.
Before deleting
Deletion can remove access to assignments, offers, messages, and organization connections and may not be reversible. Resolve open work, payment, attendance, or support issues with the relevant organization first.
