Terms of Service
Effective date: September 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the Services provided by Crew Cue LLC. By using CrewCue, you agree to these Terms. If you use CrewCue for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not share credentials or use an organization, worker, or device account without authorization.
Invitation-based organization access
CrewCue may display plan and pricing information publicly, but online checkout is not presently available. Organization access and any paid subscription are established through an invitation and onboarding process. Applicable commercial terms are presented before a paid subscription is activated. Sending CrewCue an invitation request does not create a paid subscription.
Organizations and workforce relationships
CrewCue provides technology for workforce and production coordination. Unless separately agreed in writing, CrewCue is not the employer, staffing agency, payroll provider, union, venue, production company, or contracting party for work arranged through the Services. Organizations and workers remain responsible for classification, agreements, compensation, taxes, insurance, safety, accessibility, and legal or collective-bargaining obligations.
Attendance, time, and signatures
Location, QR codes, timestamps, time entries, and signatures are operational records and may not independently establish hours worked, wages owed, or legal compliance. Organizations and workers must review records and correct errors. You may not falsify attendance, location, time, identity, or signatures.
User and organization content
You retain ownership of submitted content and grant CrewCue a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services. You represent that you have all required rights and permissions.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with operation, upload malicious or unlawful content, harass others, circumvent access controls, scrape protected data, or attempt unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and third-party services
Organization subscriptions, fees, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms may be governed by an order form or subscription agreement. CrewCue may rely on third parties for hosting, authentication, storage, app distribution, analytics, communications, and payments, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual property
CrewCue, its software, visual design, logos, documentation, and related materials are owned by Crew Cue LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to address misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or violations. You may stop using CrewCue and request deletion as described on our Account Deletion page.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” CrewCue does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, staffing or employment outcomes, worker qualifications, user-submitted information, or legal compliance by an organization or worker.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crew Cue LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from the Services.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update them as the Services develop. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
